Organization Settings
Getting to Organization Settings:
- Roll your mouse over Settings in the Top Navigation bar.
- Select Organizations Settings
Using this Section:
In the Left Column, there are several pages to which you may navigate in order to update organization information.
NOTE: If you are a contributor you will only see the Summary section without the "edit" links.
Summary
Quickly view and edit all information for your organization.
- Select the "edit" links next to each page section header.
Contact Information
Update organization contacts. These are not necessarily Bulletin Builder users.
Add Contact
- Press "Add Contact."
- Fill out form with contact information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Press "Save" to save information to organization's contact list.
or - Press "Cancel" if you do not wish to save new contact information.
Edit Contact
- Press "Edit" button for appropriate contact.
- Make changes to information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Press "Save" to save information to organization's contact list.
or - Press "Cancel" if you do not wish to save new contact information.
Delete Contact
- Press "Delete" button for appropriate contact to remove them from the organization's contact list. This will not affect other organizations that may also have this person as a contact.
Rearrange Contacts
- Select and hold on button in left hand part of contact. Drag contact below or above others. Release to reorder.
Services Schedule
Add your organization's services or meetings schedule.
- Add meetings and services to the text box provided. You may format the information with the options below the text box.
- Press "Save" to save this information. You will have the option later to include this information in your bulletins.
or - Press "Cancel" to remove changes. These will not show in your bulletins.
If you try to leave the page after making changes and not pressing either "Save" or "Cancel" you will receive a pop up stating that changes were made and if you would like to Stay on the Page or Leave the Page (leaving will remove all changes).
User Management
View and Edit users for an organization. If you are an admin you will be able to view the list of current users and their contact information for your organization. If you are a site admin, you will be able to view, edit, and remove current users from this organization.
Friendly URL
Customize your organization's URL for published bulletins. You may choose to customize the URL for your published bulletins to something that is more familiar to your users. Your URL must be in all lowercase letters and can include numbers, dashes, or hyphens. Do not use underscores or any other special characters.

- Press "Save" after making changes.
Activity Log
See the recent activity for your organization.
- If an activity is related to a bulletin, you can take action with the buttons provided in the right hand "Actions" column. Edit the bulletin (paper and pencil button), change bulletin settings (wheel button), or view publishing information (paper and magnifying glass button).
