There are two ways to reset your password in EVO.

1. If you can log into the site and want to reset your password:

1. Log into your Website Manager. Instructions are here.
2. In the upper right corner, click your username, then Change Password.

2. If you cannot remember your password and cannot log in.

• Go to your Website Manager (www.yourwebsitename.com/manager).
• Click Forgot Password.

• In Account Email add the email account connected to your username.
• Press Send.

• Log into your email account and check for an email with the subject "Password Change Request." If you don't see it, check your Junk/Spam folders.
• Click the link in the email.

• Clicking this link will temporarily log you into your Website Manager and bring you to a page to reset your password.
• Add a new password in the New password and Confirm password fields, then click Save.
