How to Connect to a MAC Network Folder
To connect to a networked folder do the following: #
- While in the Finder, click on "Go" from the menu bar and select "Connect to Server..."
- A window will pop up. In the Server Address field type: "smb://vmfs1/" and press the "Connect" button
- Next, type in your Windows network username and password (if you don't know it, contact the helpdesk)
- Select the network folder you want to connect to and press the "OK" button
