What to do if you cannot log into your computer

Upon logging into your workstation you realize that your password no longer works. Suprisingly, this happens quite frequently and you are not alone. Either you have entered it incorrectly so you have become locked out, or your previous password has expired.

To resolve this issue you need to get in touch with the IT Department to have your account unlocked or password reset.
