The only way to cancel an Iconogram is to contact the Department of Internet Ministires with your request. This will have to be done manually by us, so please try to give us as much time as possible.

When you contact Internet Ministries, make sure to have the following information:

• Your account email address
• The recipient's email address
• The saint name on the card

Please be aware that if you have scheduled multiple cards with the same information (same saint and recipient), we will not be able to determine which you would like us to delete. We cannot see the content of your cards, so we will have to cancel both cards, and you will need to re-compose the card you would like to send.
