Viewing Your Subscribers

This article will explain how to view all the subscribers for your Listserv

Website - Version 1

If you wish to view your subscribers through the listserv website, first go to http://listserv.goarch.org/scripts/wa.exe and enter in your account information if you are not already logged in.

Once at the List Dashboard, any of the lists that you maintain will be displayed in the main body of your page. Next to the name of your list, click "[View]." This will take you to the "Subscriber Reports" page and will list both the names and e-mails of all your Listserv subscribers.

On the Dashboard, navigate to List Management -> Subscriber Management. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you'll see "Review List Members: In Browser | By Email". Click on "In Browser" and you can read through the email addresses or do a Find through your browser to locate a specific email address.

Or, if you need to look into a specific email address, you can input the email address under "Examine or Delete Subscription" and make edits to the user's subscription.

Once at the Dashboard, you may also access a more compact list by clicking on "LISTSERV Command" from the List Management dropdown.

Next, choose your list from the pulldown menu, and then click "Review YOUR_LIST_NAME"

E-mail

Alternatively, you may view your subscriber list by issuing an e-mail command. Create a new e-mail addressed to [email protected]. In the body of the e-mail type "review LISTNAME" with "LISTNAME" being your listserv.
