Modifying Templates
To help your messages stand out in the inboxes of your recipients, you may want to consider using a customized template with an attractive header and footer. You can always manually add the design elements to your message each time you send a message to the Listserv, but you can also simply add the template directly to the Listserv website!
- Go to List Management -> Customization -> Mail Templates
- You now have two choices. Either choose an existing HTML mail template, or you can add your own HTML code
- Choose "Top and Bottom Banners" from the Template Category dropdown
- Choose the "Top Banner for HTML postings" and "Bottom Banner for HTML postings" and click Edit Template to upload your customized HTML code
